Life rant ahead, if you just want to get to the cosplay updates, skip to the tl;dr.

So... about the complete lack of updates. <_< 2013 has been a really terrible year so far. One of my close relatives passed away, and two more became very sick. So, I've been spending a lot of time calling family and staying at the hospital. It was pretty stressful and as a result I ended up neglecting a lot of stuff. My parents got divorced, my placement plans got delayed and changed, scanlation projects are dead, and I missed a lot of class. All the stress was building since New Year's, and I kind of snapped at the beginning of May from all the pressure. I hated myself for being so helpless, and I ended up having a lot of long talks with family, which really helped.

I think I've accepted all the changes in my life now though, and I'm more comfortable talking about stuff now instead of shutting myself away like I've been doing for the past half year. I'm returning to normality. Yay normality! Phew, feels good to get that out in the open after keeping it in for months. XD No one reads these journals anyways, lol.

tl;dr big life changes and depressed kakera for a few months, but I think I'm fine now.



Now, anime north. Ahhh it's so soon! And my life has been busy catching up with a mountain of backlogged paperwork from the past few months. Q___Q

Sooo behind lol, I think this is the worst I've ever been in terms of progress right before the con. @___@ 6 days left of nonstop crafting! I hope you guys are more prepared than I am!

Got a few shoots planned at AN, and meeting up with a bunch of new friends and discovering some school friends that cosplay! Excited~~~
